Vitamin P

1. P stands for permeability, to promote good blood circulation in the small blood vessels called capillaries,  thereby, preventing bleeding and bruising
2. It is essential for the absorption of Vitamin C
3. It prolongs the action of Vitamin C
4. It can enhance resistance to infection
5. Can have anti-Cancer and antioxidant effects
