COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT
The Executive Committee (EXCOM) has decided to relieve “MR. FRANCISCO “BOY” PIÑON” from all responsibilities in the Company as Vice President for Business Development and to terminate his services effective immediately.
This decision to sever Mr. Piñon from the Company is brought about by the discovery by the EXCOM of certain indiscretions and improprieties unbecoming of a Senior Officer of the Company by borrowing monies from various leaders of the networking groups who have complained and brought to our attention as in the case of Ms. Charlene Villapaz, Dr. Ariel Baira, Medical Director, Ms. Cathy Suelto, Mr. Mike Tan and former stockholder, Mr. Neil Suelto and many more which the Company is still in the process of gathering data to validate the acts complained of in his capacity as senior officer. Mr. Piñon has also issued unfunded checks made payable to the Company to its great and continuing damage for which a demand letter from our legal counsel has already been sent.
The foregoing acts of Mr. Piñon are undoubtedly inimical and prejudicial to the interest of the Company for which the Company decided to terminate his services to avoid further damage to the Company and to the groups or leaders he is working with.
Aside from the foregoing, the EXCOM has also discovered that he has taken undue advantage of his position or having acted in concert or in conspiracy with Ms. Dianne Kate Diaz 
by allowing check payments of Jerry Bigayan, Juliet Romano, Rolando Romano and Lourdes Sagsagat to be replaced by his Post Dated Checks (PDCs) and many others yet to be verified in violation of accounting and auditing procedures of which he is aware and so situated to know and be aware, or ought to have known, that his acts are violative of accounting and auditing policies detrimental to the interest of the company being a senior officer. Ms. Diaz has been suspended as Cashier of the Company and an investigation is ongoing regarding her highly irregular and anomalous acts as Cashier as, in fact, she was required to submit a written explanation about the wrong doings discovered and to submit herself for the investigation.
Considering the trust and confidence bestowed upon Mr. Piñon by the company and of the perks he is enjoying as an officer, his acts, past and present, has become untenable for him to continue serving the company as a senior member of Vital C Health Products, Inc.
The EXCOM is exacting in its demand for loyalty to a fault, sincerity to its peers and subordinates, and untarnished character in being a member of the organization. Mr. Piñon has compromised his position in dealing with the entire organization and its members and the EXCOM cannot tolerate this, less it be criticized for not doing its bounden duty to the entire organization to be the exemplar of fairness, uprightness and transparency in its business activities to one and all.
The EXCOM would like to move on and put the foregoing matter behind us.
In addition, the EXCOM also agreed to end the distributorship of “MR. JOPHETER DELA CRUZ” from the Company. The EXCOM also resolved to terminate the distributorship of “MS. GLOREN SARCIA” from the company for issuing unfunded checks payable to the Company as instructed by Mr. Piñon and eventually pursue legal actions against her.
