UPGRADING OF WHOLESALE PROGRAM INVESTMENTS
In accordance with our NEW WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM, please be informed that all existing Vital C Health Products Inc., New Business Center and International Mobile Franchise (IMF) will be given a Two (2) Months period upon the issuance of this memorandum to upgrade or downgrade your Investment from NewBusiness Center (NBC) to Exclusive Product Center (EPC) or; from International Mobile Franchise (IMF) to Exclusive Product Center (EPC). This includes downgrading from New Business Center (NBC) to New Stockist Program or from International Mobile Franchise (IMF) to New Stockist Program.
Upgrading from New Business Center to Exclusive Product Center (EPC) required to complete the additional Investment of Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 900,000.00) to complete the EPC Investment within required period of time stipulated in the New Wholesale Distribution Program. Whereas, upgrading from International Mobille Franchise (IMF) to Exclusive Product Center (EPC) required to complete the additional Investment of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 500,000.00) within required period of time stipulated in the New Wholesale Distribution Program.
Downgrading of Investment from New Business Center to New Stockist Program or from International Mobile Franchise (IMF) to New Stockist Program required to UPDATE their submitted documents, failure to comply within Two (2) Months upon the issuance of this Memorandum means termination of your existing contract.
